Here is the drysuit in question:

Here is the bag in question:
DRY75 Bag - Dive Right in Scuba

If possible I was going to try and fit my entire kit inside it so I don't have to check my bags.

I have:

sms 75 (folds pretty small) 7lb
2 sets of regs (durable enough I shouldn't need to worry) 8lb
Hollis F1 fins (2 inches shorter then my other fins) 6lb
mask (it's a mask) .5lb
fusion bullet drysuit (curved zipper has me nervous) 10lb
drysuit gloves (should fit fine) .3lb
evo3 boots (yea idk....I'll put them in the bottom) 3lb?
2 small lights (easy to pack) 1lb
smb (easy to pack) .2lb
2 spools (easy to pack) .25lb
32lb empty weight pockets .1lb
28lb empty trim weight plate .1lb
extra seals + extra parts + save a dive stuff 1-2lb

empty 75L bag 4lb
total: 41.45lb - 42-45lb

(extra space left for wet drysuit)
unused space: 8.55lb-9.55lb

I'll be wearing all my clothes onto the plane. (I'm here to dive not bask in the sun)

I also have 3 12 Liter apeks drybags that can clip onto the larger bag.

The Apeks 100 was out of the question because it would have to be checked I'm sure. IT was HUGE.

I think I can do it if I pack the drysuit smartly.

***Any tips specifically for the fusion drysuit?

weight of carry-on is not an issue - I'll make it look like it's light

(and it will be compared to some of these other passengers that pack the entire house.)

checking my gear is not an option.

I'm not sure that bag meets the dimensions to be a carry on as it's 27" high.

What about your undergarment?

Wearing all your clothes? Might be a bit ripe on the way home...

I'll stash my thermal fusion in my personal carry on + other clothes.

I guess I am just wondering if that bag will hold all of the kit - disregard the airplane. I'll get a different bag for the airplane lol...

I reckon it'll fit but not sure about spare space for wetsuit. In Japan there is no way I'd be able to get onto a plane with a bag that big and heavy, do you have someone on the inside?

I own the DRY75 and a Bullet. You will get the kit listed into the bag, but not the wetsuit IMO. I doubt that any carrier will allow that size bag as carry-on once packed. The drybag is smallish in diameter, once packed the bag will be tall.

What you can try is to pack the drysuit separate (loose drycore) as you would with a "business suit" and the rest of you kit in the dry75 "backpack" to reduce the overall size.

What I ended up doing is forgetting the whole carry on part and got an Apeks dry 100 to put everything in. I'll worry about the traveling when I actually need to travel. The Dry 75's were being produced and wouldn't be ready until 2016, but the dry 100 should work fine. I put everything into a bag of similar size and it all fit including the drysuit.

I have had my dry 75 since july 2015?and I live in a 3rd world country. To my knowledge the range was launched together.

The 100 is massive and will hold all the kit you listed.
