I bought a set of triglides as well just so the weight pockets don't slide around
I have a few but tbh I don’t think anything will move much in my setup. The space is only about 5 inches.

ok all assembled I just need to trim some excess webbing. The weight pockets are a tight fit with the hip padding. My dive rite pouch is on the left side, I had to put the front padding loop in between the pouch loops.

Can you post some pictures? I am still ordering stuff. Once I get mine assembled I’ll post some of how I end up.

So I finally ended up setting my gear up like this in case it is useful to anyone considering this BCD. I have not gone diving with it yet bit think I will be happy with this. I got two xs scuba weight pouches on either side for dumpable weight. I have my DSMB and reel in a pouch on my right and I threaded on a SS weight keeper to keep it form shifting around on the belt. I got a deep outdoors pouch which i threaded onto my left belt in front of the D ring. This holds all my other safety gear (mirror, chem lights, strobe, etc), next on that side is my trilobite. I added another Dring to my upper right shoulder. My light(s) will clip to the lower shoulder Drings and be bungeed in to keep from dangling. my whistle is zip-tied to my inflator dump hose. On the back upper cam band I added two xs scuba trim weight pouches.

For my daughter it was a little different as she is so small there is almost no additional real estate on the belt. With and XS BCD I have to cinch her belt all the way down. This meant I was only able to get the safety gear pouch and the the ditachable weight pouches on the belt. I moved her SMB to just clip to her right D ring, and her trilobite went to her right shoulder strap. she will also carry her light on the right shoulder D ring and bungeed down. The back trim weight pouch setup is the same as above.
