If Guy hasn't gotten back to you, I can give you the GPS data. I have been working with him on his mapping project and have all the coordinates. I compared your map to mine and your are pretty much on where the pipe lies.
On another note, to complement your printable maps, I have just posted maps that interface to Google Earth. Monterey Bay has 2D and 3D while I only have 2D for Carmel (for now). They are at DiveMonterey/Sites/divesite.html (sorry, I can't create a good link since I'm a new poster to ScubaBoard).
Let me know if you need any info for Breakwater (and thanks again for the Pt Lobos reservations a while back).
