Don't let our drinking water for Farmington get like This!
Come out and make a difference on the 18th of August, from 10a to 4pm. New Mexico School of Diving is holding our annual lake clean-up. We decided this year to put it off till the water was warmer, where we could really make an impact on getting the lake cleaned up! Since we never get to go diving in Farmington Lake, here is your chance.
Mike McFarland is coordinating this effort for NMSD this year and has done a wonderful job. I would like to say "Thank you" to him for all of his hard work.
We are looking for volunteers for diving and shore clean up, to come out and make a difference. We need all the help we can get. If you have a group or know of a group that does community service we would love to have their participation in this great community effort. This is a great way of getting in community service hours and to help clean our local drinking water
