Are the buttons oriented the same way? Or is the inflate button on the outside (personally I hate it there)

Seen pictures of WKPP guys with buttons on the outside, I'm pretty sure.
Either way I hate those. Button on inside FTW.

yea...I don't think he had much confidence in my ability to fill the stem with silicone and my tool vocabulary. The trick is to listen to the detailed instructions and then after about ten minutes ask them to start over.

(Analogous to men pretending they cannot change diapers and start the dishwasher correctly.)

That is great news Catherine. I don't think I have talked to Ken before, but the people I have talked to have always been excellent, and bent over backwards to support their product.
