Dive Report from Cabo San Lucas Aug 3rd.
Hi Divers,Today we Dove Neptunes Finger on the 1st. dive Vis here was 60 feet wqater temp 83 Degrees at The Surface and 77Degrees at 70 feet.
We have surge today due to the Storm thats about 1000 km south west of here but still kicking up 34 foot waves and wind gusts of 155mph.We hope to have calmer water by Sat. But all and all A great Day of Diving.
Divers reported seeing lots Big Groupers ,Lobsters,Angelfish,Giant hawkfish,Parrotfish,Mexican Goatfish.
2nd Dive was at South Wall. Carlos found Two Nice Masks and a good pair of Maui Jim Sun Glasses.:D
Also seen were some Eagle Rays 5 or 6 feet across and Some Tuna zoomed by. And as always Tons of tropical Fish.
We are Going out to Cabo Pulmo on Saturday weather permiting.Ill let you know how that gos.

Dive Report from Cabo San Lucas Aug.4th.
Hi Divers Today we Dove at Peligan Rock on the first Dive.Vis was 60 to 70 feet. Water temp. at the surface was 83 degrees and 78 degrees at 60 feet.There was still some surge but not bad.
Divers saw Rainbow scorpionfish,Triggerfish,Anglefish,frogfish,just lots of tropical marine life as always.
North Wall had same Vis. and a little less surge. This is a great Dive for Mirco Life Photos.Nudibranchs,Rainbow Wrasse,RedlightGobys and if you look Sea Horses.
We made a night Dive on the 4th also at Peligan Rock.
Lots of Lobsters,Octopus,eels out hunting and a big Parrotfish in his sleeping bubble.At Night you can see the Coral flowers bloom really nice.
Water was calm and clear.

Dive Report from Cabo San Lucas Aug.7th 2011
Hi Divers. Conditions are great Vis at all local sites 75 to 85 feet.Water temp.83 degrees at the surface and 77 degrees at 65 feet.No surge and just a slight breeze from the north at 3 mph.
Sea Lions Colony is very active lots of playfull Lions zooming around the Divers.
We Dove into a big Bait Ball at the point. Really cool feeling with 1000s of fish swiming around you.
Pelican Rock and North wall was awsome just 1000s of tropical fish everywhere lots of Eels and we have been seeing some of the Biggest lobsters ever at almost every Site.
Conditions at Cabo Pulmo are also great water 84 Degrees and 65 to 70 feet Vis.

Hi Divers Today First dive was at north Wall Vis. Was 80 feet Water Temp. 83 Degrees.We saw lots of big parrotfish Grass eels,White Nudebranch with Red spots, Trigger fish.No surge and a very mild current.
2nd Dive at Neptunes Finger. Divers saw two Whale Sharks They were just hanging around for hours.Because of our location at the end of a 1000 mile long land mass we are like an Island so you never know what will swim by.While the Whale Sharks got all the attention there was still the normal thousands of Tropical Fish.

Hi Divers,Just another wonderfull Day of Diving in Los Cabos.Water temp was 83 Degrees Yep shorties or tee shirts.Vis was 70 feet at North Wall.
Divers that have not Dove here before always say "Wow just so many Different Species of Tropical Fish today" Yes I heard it again today. 2nd Tank was at the Point Crazy action with Sea Lions of all Sizes zooming around.A big Bait Ball also seen close to the Wreck.Last Rock was teeming with fish and good size Lobsters and Green Morays.
Any one want to join us to Gordo Banks on Sat?

Dive Report from Cabo San Lucas Aug.11th. from Baja Dive
Hi Divers it was a great Day to be underwater in Cabo.Water Temp was 83 Degrees and the Vis. was 70 to 80 feet.Wind from the north at 4mph no surge and very little current.
Lands End was the first Dive and the Sea Lions were waiting for us.As soon as we arrived they were Barking and jumped in to greet us.First a big male cruised by real slow then the females came up one at a time and sat just 5 or 6 feet away on the bottom they would zoom away and then return as if to say come on lets go.They just dont seem to understand that we cant zoom around like them.
Lots of good size Parrotfish king Angel,and a few big Grouper of course all the rest of the gang were there.Thousands of Tropical fish everywhere.
2nd Tank at Neptunes Finger we saw a green Sea Turtle that had a scar on its shell but was healed and doing fine.
A really big Green Moray Eel was at the top of the 60 foot reef maby 6 or 7 feet long.
lots of small groupers, and a striped Sea Snake also near the top.

Dive Report Cabo San Lucas Aug. 13th
Todays Dive was at Gordo Banks Vis was 200 feet water Temp.83 Degrees.As soon as we arrived there were Three Hammerhead Sharks on the Surface.On the way to the top of the Banks there were two more spotted.Not that many.There were monster Tuna every where 200 to 250 lbs.Lots of schools of Tuna on the 2nd Dive the water was cristal clear Blue you could see 100s of feet in all Directions.
Small swell and almost no wind.

Dive Report From Cabo San Lucas Aug.14th
Hi Divers Todays Dive was a classic summer Dive calm water with the Vis at 80 feet. Water temp 83 Degrees,1st Dive was at Middle wall as soon as we got to the Canyon wall a school of Mantas passed by they numbers in the thousands.It took them almost 4 min.s to go by.
As we headed north there were lots of good sized Lobsters we see lots here because the government outlawed commerical trapping 15 years ago.
We saw many big groupers under the rock outcroppings. also one of the biggest Triggerfish we have seen here.
2nd Dive at peligan Rock we saw frogfish,Nudibranchs,Parrotfish,Cortez Anglefish,big schools of Snappers and Green Morays.

Dive Report from Cabo San lucas from Baja Dive. Aug.15th
Hi Divers Nice and warm today air temp was 94 degrees Water Temp.83 degrees.We have a slight surge and almost no current.Wind from the so. at 6 mph.
1st. Dive was at Neptunes Finger as soon as we entered the water We saw lots of Morish Idols, Anglefish, goatfish, Trumpetfish, Threehanded Butterflyfish in just 20 feet of water. As we continued Down the wall and across the sand there were lots of Grass Eels and Parrotfish.
2nd tank was at Peligan Rock this site is a great spot for seeing just about any tropical fish found in the Sea of Cortez. The ledge sticks out and provides a place for the fish to get out of the current so there are always schools of fish here.Bring your Camara this site has some of the best photo ops around.
Vis on both Dives 60 to 70 feet.
