Cabilao and Balicasag

It looks like these are two very exciting dive areas. If I wish to do both locations, where is the best place to stay ... my base camp ...

Stay in Alona Beach or on Cabilao island or ???

Alona Beach would be my choice, day trips to Cabilao and Balicasag from there. There are also some nice dive sites just off the beach, good for a afternoon dive if you return early enough from the morning dives.

most definitely stay in Alona Beach in Panglao Island in Bohol.

Alona Beach. You'll be bored to tears in Cabilao a day or two and missing the P30 San Miguels...
