Kind of a hard question to answer without knowing much about your type of diving size and many other factors.....

But based on (what is the best all around tank? with a large volume)this alone...

Steel HP 130..

I think this is the one you want:

Double that Puppy Up !!!!

No really, I like the LP95. Filled to 3000psi it holds about 108cf.

Bob

Why not get an X8-119
Then you get 123 CF at 3442 and your within mfgr specs. And you don't need to worry about finding a dive shop that willingly overfills cylinders

I use LP95's that I bought cheap and used.......

Many around here use HP100's as a good all purpose tank

A HP100 is a good choice for most divers. The HP100 gives you 25% more bottom time than an AL80 and you can take 5#'s off of the weight belt.
The LP95 is also a good tank for all of the above reasons, and everybody will be able to give you a fill 2640 psi fill. ( some shops will not fill to 3442/3500 )

IMHO the HP100 is the defacto std all round steel cylinder. Similar to an AL80 but with more gas even when short filled to 3000psi.

Anything from 95's to 120's.

I have:
(1) Al 80
(2) Al 90's
Access to (2) steel 100's...a neighbor who rarely dives anymore.
(4) Steel 130's
