Burst Disc Bulge

So I am in the middle of servicing a manifold, and am replacing the burst discs. How much bulge is "normal"?

That's pretty normal.

Having a couple stacked together elimates that problem...opps....I've been told.

This is totally normal although they look squeaky clean. Normally they get a bit green since its hard to rinse & dry in there.

What difference does it make, you don't put them back in.

Oh yeah, they look like ones I've pulled.

You only need two tools in life – WD40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn’t move and should, use the WD40. If it shouldn’t move and does, use the Duct Tape.

I have also heard that there are solid bolts that fit in those holes. Used in Europe or some such place.

That's the side against the manifold. The side against the plug was pretty green. Anyway, replaced.
