I had an incident, while cleaning my stilleto after 2 nice long dives, i noticed that the bungie cord had broken ( seems like the plastic clip was bad from the start)
I contacted my LDS and they said they put in a warranty claim for me..
The question though , do I have to go through them or can I contact you guys directly if it happens again?
