On the left search on Shock Cord, then select Elastic Shock Cord. Just about every material and thickness you can imagine and it is pennies per foot.

look on the McMaster-Carr website, and search for Bungee. You will be amazed. IIRC I paid $6.50 for a 50' roll of 3/32". Shipping for the entire order was $4.85 (I had a lot of other stuff). I get my cave line from Seattle Marine when I order dry gloves.
