I have been using a ring bungee system for a while now. On a recent trip which was mostly boat dives, I started attaching my tanks while still on the boat. Due to the angle and height of my self in relation to the tanks on the bench, I found it rather difficult to use a webbing choaker. I started using a simple loop of bungee as a choaker over the tank valve. This enabled me to easily attach the ring to the bolt snap on the strap kit while the bolt snap was already run through the bungee choaker. The bungee choaker stretches as necessary when you stand up while the metal parts of the ring bungee assembly supports the tank. In the water, it automatically positions the tank under your arm.
As I have not seen this before, I thought I would pass it on.
