I just don't do that late thing... There must be a fast broil button somewhere in my belly that allows that last little baby-baking to go fast forward and lets me pop these babies out sooner. I don't argue - just thank the fertility gods and goddesses!

Be careful with the broil button. You want them to be done in the middle. Otherwise they're a bit squishy.
