Bull Shark Diving in November (FREE BEER!!!)

I apologize for the misleading title; the beer is all gone

Going to be in Cozumel Nov 16-26, 2016. Hoping to get some feedback from others that have done the Bull Shark dive. Who do you book with, how far advance, etc. Just looking for detail from those that have done this and who they recommend.

Wife and I will be staying at the Cozumel Palace.
