Building a dive ladder for pontoon boat

I am trying to find plans for a dive ladder for our dive boat. Our Fire Dept. has started a dive team and the ladder is the last thing that we need for it to be ready to go. Also any ideas on any equipment that we may need will be a big help.

Here is a diagram of a fin ladder. I like these because you don't have to take your fins off to climb it. I hope this helps.
