This is a nice Bungalow in Jims link but if it's to expensive check out Marcosas Resort for long term stay. She charges around 10-15000P/month everything incl. Unfortunately it's a bit further away (10 min to the beach) but most people who stay long term, rent a bike anyway. Another good place close by (10 min to beach) is the place of George. (on Giligans map behind #6). They also charge 15 000/month. There is lots more but it would take too long
