Work on the temporary "tent city for dive bums" is scheduled to begin tomorrow AM. There should be NO excuses for NOT showing up (gidds) shelter, heat, and possibly food will be there for your diving comfort! Lissten.... what else are you going to do on a rainy day? Why not come down and dive, or hang out. The showing wont be too good if YOU don't come! Lets do it people!

Well its confirmed the entertainment for tomorrow are the new band...The Surface Intervals.... Formerly Known as the Howard Johnson Quartet. Steal Drums And Tropical themes Their Speacialty......If they leave the booze alone tonight they said they may just show..... Hmmm well, I"ll bring the backup CD player and An old Buffit tape....Anyone have a tape player.

Well... diving at an inland freshwater site is against my oceanographic principles..... but looks like I'll be going.

I would like to announce the grand opening of the, "Community Ridge At Portland!"
Also known as C.R.A.P. this new and exciting, (although temporary) luxury dive resort will debut tomorrow, 8:00 AM at the PORTLAND QUARRIES! We should all have fun if the new resort dosent fall down on us. There will be heat ( hopefully not from it burning down.. but no promise) food, and That cute little rascal FRANK! OH....and diving. I understand that it is where ALL the cool kids will be! Even if you dont want to dive, and just want to get out on a rainy day, stop by and have a look.

Well... diving at an inland freshwater site is against my oceanographic principles..... but looks like I'll be going.

Chris. May I suggest you stop by the local sushi shop grab some seaweed and we will wrap it around your hood. That should stop the cravings for salt. If nothing else a nice kodak moment.

dbg40, I just got off the Phone with the Portland biulding Inspector. He stated that he has received several phone calls about Hobo's setting up a shanty townAt the Quarry. I told him thats C.R.A.P . He said no, I drove down to the quarry and saw it for myself. I said, then you Know those complaints are talking C.R.A.P. Before he hung up he screamed something about the C.R.A.P hitting the Fan on Monday. Did you install a fan when I left?

Hey Bro, I think sunday we will still be thawing out. Depending on turn out and Ice conditions , These factors will determine other weekends.
