Bob is right, you'll need the kit. I've replaced a few of these over the years and you'll destroy the brass getting the screw out nearly every time. Good find on the fins though.

Bungee kit ordered and received. Just need to put it on. Guy I bought the fins from actuall refunded the cost of the kit. Good guy.
