Your best bet is Adreno (scubadiving.com.au). They have the biggest range of any store. A look on their website shows they have a Mares heated vest in stock, but only one of each size so Call to confirm/ pre purchase.

Might try Manta Lodge out on Stradbroke island. They seemed to have a lot more tech diving gear that I would have expected when I was there in July.
