Hello,

I have a Brigade that I bought in March 2005 that has the single dump valve on the diver side of the bladder. The dump valve works fine but gets caught in my bungee clip on a regular basis and causes the BC not to fully inflate. I have read in previous threads that this was a common problem. I shortened the dump valve string which has helped, but it can still get caught.

I understand that Zeagle or Scubatoys have changed the bladders on the new Brigades and moved the dump valve to the tank side of the bc and added another dump valve.

Is this something that would be covered under the warranty if I had it replaced, or would it be considered a service item for which I would need to pay?

I do truly love this BC and appreciate your info.
