I have a bridge computer that has been sitting around for a couple years since the last battery change. The battery has died and seeing that the thing is kind of old, why not chage the battery myself.
Put in the new battery and it comes on but can't change any screens.
Is there some secret code to reset it.
Or should I give up on it and trash it?

Thanks
Scott

Scott,

You might want to contact Dive Rite and ask them. If it is indeed broken they may be able to offer you a really low exhange price on one of their current computers. It'd be worth asking about. I'm not sure if they still do that but they used to.

Hi,

We need to take a look at the computer. Why don't you send it in for an evaluation? Give Jess a shoutat service@diverite.com and she'll get you an RMA.

I would hate to see you trash a computer until we can take a look at it.

Best,
Kathleen

The Bridge has to be reset when the battery is changed. This has to be done by DiveRite. It's a decent computer.
