Me... and several of my buds. Works great.
I use a Scubapro Knighthawk while working my boat, and I use an OMS backplate and bladder for fun. If you're going to be an instructor, I would look at getting a jacket style. I never thought I would say that, but I just finished my IDC, and during the inwater sessions, my Knighthawk pushed me forward while on the surface. Trying to teach and fighting your bc isn't fun.
