Boston area heat gun?

Anyone in the boston area or north providence have a heat gun I can borrow for a week or two? I need to repair some drysuit seals. Thanks.

Why would you use a heat gun on drysuit seals? Too hot. A hair dryer works fine and won't melt anything.

You can regulate the temperature in any decent heat gun. Hair dryers are sometimes just a little too weak.

Thanks guys, all the info I found pointed to using a heat gun but I'll try a hair dryer first.

Get a heat gun as it is the right way to remove seals. The glue takes a fair amount of heat, and the trick is to keep the heat moving around slowly heating everything up. It may get hot enough that you can barely touch the latex, and that is when they will remove the easiest without causing any damage to the suit below.

I use a similar one from Harbor Freight and it works fine. I have the heat activated tape from DRIS and I found a hair dryer was too weak.
