if you have soft soled booties that fit your fins and need more support for the Bonaire shore diving just get some of those Dr Scholl's? inserts at the drugstore and glue them in as it will make those tricky trips in and out of the water easier without the added cost of new booties or fins.
 
I use the Tusa low cut boots for shore diving in Bonaire and have not had any issues with blisters, they are a great fit though which is what is really important. They also have a hard sole with is great defense against the sharp coral when walking to the water.
