It's a great book (love mine) but unfortunately out of print. You can find used copies on Amazon but pretty pricey. I bought mine a decade or so ago on a LOB. You can try reaching out to Burt Jones, he is still pretty active on the Bird's Head website and Facebook. Maybe he can direct you to a copy..

I ended up buying a copy from AbeBooks. Expensive, but just a drop in the bucket compared with a R4 trip. $90 with tax and shipping.
I contacted the author. Thanks, @Cali_diver, for that suggestion. There are still copies in Indonesia, but shipping costs are prohibitive. It was just easier to buy secondhand here in the US.
