Nice topic about the pros and cons of drysuit vs wetsuit. I came on hoping to find out what dive sites you visited and what cute creatures of the sea was present.

In 14 days we will have been on the island 1 hour and 50 minutes for two weeks of 1 mil wetsuit diving and not one bit of I feel tired. I supose it is what one is uee to.

I dove dry in Bonaire too. Eventually the DSD's will take over the world. Seriously though, we dove 36 dives in a week and were very happy in our drysuits even though we heard a few hypothermia jokes. Too bad about Tuesday though. I bet Larry was laughing.

who cares what people think, you do what works for you. if i had a drysuit i'd probably dive dry also. I've never dove dry, i'm going to Bonaire in November. I'll be staying at BD also. Any specific sites to dive, i love taking pictures and some video with my dc600. Great pics ............!!!

Just like all things, everyone should wear whatever they are comfortable in. There's no such thing as "one size fits all".

By the way, I'm well into my third day of diving here, and I *want* a 30/30. It's not so much the cold, it's the staying forever wet. My feet are rapidly becoming raw, for one, and the rest of me is asking why I didn't go dry this time. (I tell it to shut up and get back in the corner, of course. :biggrin
