Bonaire Photos 5/20 - 5/27

I really loved the photos, especially the macro shots. Can you give me some hints on how to get the black background on the close ups?

Most excellent photos, thanks for sharing. I'll be in Bonaire in September and now have a standard for photographic excellence to measure against! Are the extreme close up's crops?

Some of the macro photos are cropped but I try to limit how much cropping I do sense the image quality eventually breaks down. Shooting with stacked macro lenses helps quite a bit.
