I don't know; I've never been there. But I've read about the jellyfish and seen them on TV. You're actually not allowed to scuba dive at Jellyfish Lake -- only snorkel.

ScubaTexan:SCUBA diving in the lake is prohibited to avoid disturbing the jellyfish and also to reduce the risk of hydrogen sulfide poisoning.
