<<TRAVIS COUNTY

Body found in Lake Travis

A woman's body was pulled out of Lake Travis near Hippie Hollow park about noon Wednesday, Travis County sheriff's office spokesman Roger Wade said.

Wade said the body was found in the 7000 block of Comanche Trail. The cause of death had not been determined, and it was unclear how long she had been in the water, Wade said.

"Detectives are out there trying to put the pieces together and find out who the woman was and what happened to her," Wade said Wednesday afternoon.>>

I like the bit about "Detectives are trying to put the pieces together" wonder if that was meant literally ?

It's really hard to be a Hippie and swim at the same time.....

I feel sorry for her family. :depressed:

Uhh scary. I will be doing a deep dive class there this weekend....

Very, very sad. Hate to hear of anyone being pulled out of a lake, that's so horrible. Hope her family can find some comfort and peace.

Did you mean to use a euphemism or are you actually getting wet, (oops now I did it). :D
