I really don't want to be sanding this stuff. Thats fine for prepping for a new coat, has anyone tried washing it off with a pressure washer?

I tried with a 2,500 psi pressure washer and it didn't do it. It'll knock off loose chips or areas where the paint didn't seal well (like if it was painted in a humid climate) but I ended up sanding it and re gel coating it.
