Is it worth buying one of those mesh backpack bags if you are taking a stainless steel BP/W+STA setup on a boat dive (warm water)? It seems like you'd just wear the BP/W and carry your shorty, mask, fins, reg, etc. in a cheap mesh gear bag? Or do people shove their BP/W in the bag too?

I have a bp & w and I also use the Armor large mesh bag with shoulder straps. I find it easier to just shove it all in there and throw it over the shoulders than try and carry parts and pieces. I like the Armor bag for a number of reasons but one is that it has a dry zip up pouch.
