We need to get Juli to come too! :)

Yeah, I sent her an email, hopefully she will come!

That would be fun, and the weather IS suppose to be pretty nice. High of 56° and only a slight chance of rain. Juli might be OK with that.....

We should start a drysuit fund for Juli and get her some 400gram thinsulate. :D

Well, start a college fund for my son while you are at it! :D

Yeah, wetsuits in Winter can be cold. My advice, stay in the water!

I'll be happy to loan her a serious down coat between dives! Give me advanced notice! :D

Or, as the old saying goes, build a man a fire, and he is warm for an evening, light a man on fire, and he is warm for life! :light:

:rofl3: Good one! I've have offered to "loan" her my daughters USIA suit to let her check it out. I think she's afraid she's going to like it. Kind of like Ron.........:D

I'm going to try to show up on Sunday... my first New Mexico dive.

I need a suit/tank... ABQ for that, or are they available in Santa Rosa?

Stella at Blue Hole has tanks for rent but no suits. YOu will need to rent those elsewhere - all 3 dive shops in Abq have them.

Wish I could be joining all of you this weekend! Be sure to post a report on conditions and how Stella is doing.

Great! Look forward to meeting you. We will be at the blue picnic tables across the parking lot, so be sure to come over and introduce yourself.
As for the rentals, if you are in or near Alb, I highly suggest that you get the equipment there, there is no guarantee that they will be open or have tanks available at BH. I have seen too many people come out and not be able to dive because of it.
See you there,
Jason

Good advice from Jason (as usual). I have seen a guy rent a 7mm from Stella, but it was a Farmer John and pretty old at that. Stella doesn't get to the "dive shop" until about 9-10am on Sunday, so you might have to wait

Where are you located odysseus?

I'm located in Santa Fe. I guess it'll be a trip to ABQ first. I can't wait to get wet... hope it works out schedule-wise.
