No signs of any construction friday 11-27-09. Finally got a chance to dive the east
span and had a great dive. Viz was probably in the 10-15 ft. range and a water
temp of about 74F. Saw a few large barracuda and as always some interesting
other species of fish that I don't typically see in the ocean. I dove a 3ml full and did
pretty well as far as comfort for a 60 minute dive.

Jim, I just want to say that I really appreciate that you have the links to the BHB tides in your sig line.

I know other ways to get to the tide tables but this is the quickest!

I do the exact same thing. Thanks CoolTech!

On another note... Bridge construction begins 12-14-09... or... Next Monday!

I'm thinking a picnic and the final dive ever on the old east span for Sunday 12-13-09. High tide is 5:48 PM, but I am looking into a night permit through ForceE.

I will post a new thread in the Conch Diver's area shortly

Thanks Jim, for this update.
