Dove the bridge today with EdT. Viz 15-25 except when a big school of mullet cruised by diving into the sand and creating viz of 3-5! The water cleared in a few minutes and those mullet were gigantic! We went west and saw 2 big southern rays (ok, maybe 1--twice) and a tiny eel. Thanks to the guy who pointed out the pipefish! 81 degree water on 2 Suunto's.

November 2nd BHB! IMG_0002-001.jpgIMG_0012-001.jpgThose lousy mullet divers mucked it up GOOD! Fortunately, not all of'em could get to the sand at once! And a few minutes later.........The tide was still running north.

Tim, you are turning up Bumblebee shrimp in 81F water that we used to only see in the 70s during the winter months...

COOL!

I actually see them all year round. There seem to be a lot more now but then again there are more urchins than there have been in a while.

Even cooler... most of us don't know to turn over those urchins to find them...
