Passing on the picnic table - kept myself busy - ganja - theme of waiting on the tides at the park:-)
I will say people watching will only get you so far....
Kevin: sorry I didn't know you were in town,
might have tried to sneak up if only to watch you swim in circles with one fin.
Glad you saw some cool stuff. Next time!
John

Bimini.. you diving Sunday morning?

We found a shady spot under the bridge and hung out there till it was time to gear up. Yes, gear and tanks were in car, assembled, the whole time. No worries. That was on Monday when we got there at 9:10 for a 2:30 HT and knew they would close the park with all the picnickers. On Wednesday, I found an empty picnic table and kept myself busy.

Thank you both for thoughts. I think my buddy just freaked out with leaving the gear in the car with no shade and he wasn't sure about security. Going to try again in a few weeks. Thank you :-)

Thanks Jenny.
I think I will stay home and baby my knee.
It is still kinda feisty from surgery a couple months ago.
Hope you have a great dive, conditions should be sweet.
John

Looks like the ocean may be flat.. might opt for a beach dive instead.. something about the 120+ mile roundtrip to the bridge..

so, the black froggie is a striated?? hmm...

Based on about 655 base pairs in its mitochondrial DNA, it's my understanding that it is. :D

I was, but seas are predicted to be flat so opting for the closer of sites.
