My work schedule is such that I was able to meet Jim for another dawn dive this morning. I have great news for tonight's divers: vis was as good as it gets - 50+ feet of clean blue water, temp 72. Plus very little current this morning. We just floated along.
We saw three seahorses, including a pair doing the "not fighting" dance. Big southern ray, a squadron of at least 10 spotted eagle rays, an area I dubbed the "octopus garden" because there were so many in just that one area. On the way home I called Tall Guy, like always. I said "another once-in-a-lifetime dive." He said "you mean another once-in-a-weektime."
Changed settings to f8, iso 100 and "rear flash" (not sure what that means but it seemed to help) This photo is pretty much straight off the camera. I just cropped a little and added my name.
