Tonight I learned the underwater signal for frogfish! There was actually two of them but this is the best I could get.

Striated Frogfish(?)

I was patiently waiting for a couple of shy garden eels to pop up when a couple from Jacksonville motioned that they found something much more interesting.

Don't keep me in suspense: what is this hand signal, I could have used it the other day.

Some pics from a decidedly low vis, high yield dive last Sat.
Special thanks to Kevin for breaking the Sailfin blenny curse.
Going tomorrow, still lots left on the critter list.

If anyone is into pest control, the lionfish was on the last NW leg of the fishing pier.....

Definitely a spotted eagle ray day. Our group saw them both north and south of the small bridge at
least three different times during the dive. Conditions as good as they have been in quite a while.
I showed 83 on the water temp and very nice blue water !

Take your thumb and two fingers and make a hopping motion along your arm...worked for me. :D

Neat shot: just to confirm, that is not photoshopped or anything. I love it
lol, nope. They swam right by me.
