My friend and I want to go on a semi local dive trip over the summer and I heard there is some neat stuff around Block Island. I looked it up but it looks like most charters come from off the island. We would be planning on staying on the island and don't have any of our own gear so are there any charters on the island itself that anybody would reccomend? Thanks.

I have been to Block Island but not in a while - if I remember there are no Scuba LDS's on the island - I believe you would need to bring your equipment from the mainland. You definitely want to do some research before you go...

Giant Strides dive shop Warwick, RI runs charters out to wrecks around BI. There are no dive shops on BI.
