The shape of the head is interesting, thanks for the help ahead of time!
 
I'm going to say blenny - specifically a triplefin, perhaps Ucla xenogrammus ?
 
It very well maybe, but the shape of the head is so different than Caribbean Triple Fins! But thanks for the impute! I will go with that unless we get a better offer!
