Saw this while snorkleling on Grand Bahama in about 6 ft of water. It was about 3 inches long. Can anyone ID it? Thanks.

I've looked at this several times but really have no idea - as is obviously the case with everybody else. Why not try Wetpixel's Critter ID forum? Some very clued up people follow it.

I believe it is a type of Labrisomid, and if I had to guess at a species without having it in hand, I would go with Labrisomus gobio the Palehead Blenny
This is tough because the cirri are difficult to see, however,darker spot on the upper part of the opercle makes me think it's a Mimic Blenny, Labrisomus guppyi.

L. guppyi should have a well developed ocellus on the opercle rather than just a small dark spot

It may be a Puffcheeck Blenny. Anyway agree with Ryan on Labrisomid.
