Unlikely you will find a spare one. Your best bet is to find a friend with a lathe and make one. If it's the brass one (not plated) that is a pretty easy job. There is a small nylon seat on the end of the valve screw which you will also need assuming you want this to work.
 
Wouldn't bet on it. The old USD one is imperial thread, odds are pretty good these are metric, then there is thread pitch and size.
 
AFAIK, they all use 3/8"- 24 tpi threads. The only difference is that some use a flat seat and some have a cone (look at the August Industries link below).

I purchased several in the past from August Industries with the flat seat that work great on all my old tank checkers (I have converted a bunch to fill whips), but I don't see the ones with the flat seat anymore. They were very nice with a large knob.

I would definitely go for the one mentioned above. It has the flat seat and I am confident that they all use the same threads. At least all the ones that I have run into use the 3/8 - 24 threads.



You can also replace the seat if that is all you need.
