Some people prefer EMT shears, a Trilobyte, EZ Cut or other line cutter over a knife. Some might prefer a knife with H1 or LC200N corrosion-resistant steel over titanium. All legitimate concerns.
But if you are after a titanium dive knife, admire the rust resistance and you'd like to save a lot of money over what they usually cost...this does look like a good buy.
