We had a birthday party for my son, who just turned 8, at Scuba Joe's in Boulder this past weekend. It was a 'Bubblemakers' experience and all the kids loved it. It was taught by Doug Spence, an excellent instructor and a true gentleman. Photos are here:

How cool. I'm glad you son has interest in scuba.. I wish mine did!
 
That is awesome! I am getting my kids an intro to SCUBA for Christmas to see if they might become intrested
 
It was about $50.00 for 4 children. We spent more at Dairy Queen afterwards.

Sounds like great fun. We had a family reunion this past summer and as part of that I had an intro to scuba party at a LDS. It was great fun. It made the event more interesting for the teenagers who came (adults too). Pictures are here.
