I was booked on the Odyssey in Truk for December 2020. My at risk was the deposit only. I rolled it twice and finally got there in December 2022. They honored the old price and only asked for the balance 45 days out once Chuuk formally opened. Moreover, they only had six divers on the boat but ran the trip anyway when they could have acted like an airline-made up some BS about maintenance problems and deferred the trip.
