I'm a Fish!
Hi, I picked up a Beuchat 140 lp tank at a garage sale. stamped 1993. It looks brand new and has 2800lbs of air in it. Previous owner said it has been filled only 10 times and was used as a staging bottle.

Dropped it off for a hydro. I can't find any info on the web about the tank. :idk: Anyone have any buoyancy data or other info? Did Beuchat make their own tanks?

It only cost $40 so if it fails hydro it'll make a nice wind chime with some other old tanks!

Thanks for your input-

THe only 140 I know of was made by Heiser:

Heiser 140 - 3190psi 140cuft 8.03" dia 29.9" height 63lbs weight
-18.04lbs buoyancy empty -28.4lbs buoyancy full.

These cylinders are lead bricks.

I saw that too. I just didn't know if Heiser made the Beuchat tanks. Thanks for your input. I appreciate your response.

Thanks but the tank I have is a 93 manufacture with a standard valve and I believe is a 20L.
