I'm doing my IDC at rainbow reef.
I do agree with @BoltSnap get experience first but if you insist on going straight through zero to hero they can do it.
They have free housing for people doing the pro programs and a unlimited dive program for those who need to get the dive count up. (Not sure exactly how it works because I had the count already).
The instruction is good I was struggling with one skill for DM and the course director took me one on one and worked with my. I got a perfect score on it.
