+1 for Dive Log. Easy upload to cloud or many other formats for backing up or printing if you need a physical copy for come reasons. Also has a nice section where you can enter your equipment information including maintenance reminders, plus great buddy list that can use your phone contacts (if you want to). Very intuitive UI.

I just developed and launched my own dive log app--DIGIDIVE. It's customizable with a wish list feature, and eventually I will be releasing a wildlife identifier (so you can search for and quickly add what you saw to your logs) as well as a computer syncing option. It's FREE for iOS (Android to follow) I hope you try it!

Diving Log 6 is by far the best digital diving logbook on the market. You have to purchase the product I grant you, but having bought it you get upgrades for life. Diving Log 6.0 - scuba logbook software for diver - dive log, scuba log

In comparison, Subsurface is very "clunky" looking and a bit rough looking. Diving Log 6 will "speak" to almost every dive computer on the market and is well worth the investment.
Hi Keith,
It would be good to get a Log that you have assurance it'll be supported in the future. I went with Subsurface but it seems like Android support is dying.
Do you know if you can import from Subsurface to Diving Log?
Thanks!
Leon

Hi Leon, I have just checked my Diving Log 6 and yes you can import SubSurface Files in to Diving Log 6. You can download the Diving Log 6 software as a FULLY functioning program but it is limited to 10 dives until you purchase the software. The author of this software, Sven Knoch, has always been very helpful when I have contacted him with questions, so I suggest you contact him. When you buy the product the one-off cost is for life and the updates are free. I have enjoyed using Diving Log 6 for about 8 years. It really is very comprehensive and absolutely brilliant. I am sure that you will not regret the purchase. Finally, I have no commercial or financial connection with Sven Knoch. I'm just happy to recommend a brilliant product and in a small way help Sven make something from his very hard and dedicated work in developing the program. He also has an Android Smartphone version which is free once you have bought the Desktop version.
