Why Dive Rite? I have an older Dive Rite setup, but am not as impressed with their current offerings. I'd rather throw the bucks to DSS or Oxycheq:

I have a Dive Rite SS plate with a Dive Rite HOG harness with a 2 inch crotch strap. The reason I went with Dive Rite was the things I bought was on sale. I was going to buy the HOG name brand, which is normally cheaper in price. I went with a Oxycheq Mach V wing, and love my rig. My wing is a thirty pound wing that is really streamlined. I have used this setup around fifty dives with no regrets

I use a DiveRite TransPlate stainless steel backplate and STA with a 40lb Oxycheq Mach V Extreme. Good for cold water diving and hiking cliff trails. Got it all on sale.
