Maybe you could narrow the parameters down... something basic... like salt or fresh water would be a good start.

It would depend on what type of diving they could do or like to do.
Cave
Deep
Reef
Wreck
etc
 
When the weather cooperates it's truly a world class dive.

Hole in the Wall - Jupiter (when the bull sharks are present)
Esso Bonaire - Jupiter - when the Goliath are spawning
Lemon Shark aggregation - winter, Jupiter
Tunnels - Jupiter
Area 51/Juno Ledge
Spiegal Grove
"Wall" at Biscayne National Park
Carrysfort Deep
Delray Area of the reef near Boynton Beach
