Just finished my Rescue certification, so I got some hours in the Henderson Thermoprene 5mm. Overall I really like it. It is easy to get into, very comfortable, and the fit is good, except on my lower back, it isnt very snug so it lets a little more water pass in. I talked to the DM who has an older model of the suit and he has the same problem, but said it was because of my body type (thin with wider shoulders, thinner hips). I will probably try a 5/3 hooded vest next time which he said solved the problem. Water temperature was 68 and I was very warm (with a 5/3 hood). The neck let a little more water in then I'd like but not enough to want me to return it. I just wish it kept me warm OUT of the water (40-46 degrees out with a breeze, eek)!
